AGA Architects is a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice bringing architecture, interior design, and statutory liaison services together under one roof. Our practice works across residential interiors, commercial spaces, bungalow design, residential buildings, and industrial developments. The Founders

Two perspectives. One vision.

AGA Architects is built on the complementary expertise of its founders, Leander Almeida and Aaditya Gupta, bringing together design sensibility and technical proficiency to deliver thoughtful, well-executed projects.

Aaditya Gupta | Co-Founder

An architect with professional experience working under an architect specialising in statutory approvals, Aaditya brings a strong understanding of architectural planning, technical detailing, development regulations, and approval procedures. His expertise in navigating government norms and statutory requirements helps translate design concepts into practical, compliant, and well-coordinated building proposals.

Leander Almeida | Co-Founder

An interior designer by profession, Leander began taking on freelance projects while still in college, building practical experience alongside his education. Working with different architects further expanded his understanding of architecture, spatial planning, and building design. With a strong foundation in residential and commercial interiors, he now works across interior design, bungalow planning, building layouts, and façade development, bringing a design-led perspective to every project.

Every project begins with understanding the site, client requirements, development potential, and applicable regulations. We establish the planning framework to create a practical and well-considered foundation.

We translate ideas into architectural plans, building layouts, elevations, and interior concepts. Each design is developed with a balance of aesthetics, functionality, space optimisation, and technical feasibility.

From working drawings and material specifications to statutory documentation and liaison, we coordinate the technical requirements and approval processes necessary to move the project forward.

We support the transition from drawings to reality through technical coordination, design clarifications, and on-site guidance, helping maintain design intent and resolve practical challenges during execution.
